Includes all original packaging, in EXCELLENT condition.
Windows 10 friendly - but I was not able to connect it to a Windows 11 laptop. USB connect.

I originally purchased this from Amazon and included pic from there (last pic)

I am only selling this because I had to upgrade my laptop and the new one uses Windows 11. I can not get this little printer to work with the new laptop. I am not saying it is not possible, I am saying I tried for an hour and gave up.

You must use the included usb to printer cable to connect this to you device. it is NOT wireless and is not tablet/smartphone compatible.

all cables/power cords, user manual, packaging and customizing stickers included except the label tray. I threw in a few labels though.

I used this with my old laptop up until 3/11/25 and know it works with Windows 10.

great if you have windows 10 or earlier laptop and want a thermal
printer for good price.
